Impacter + brings together a team of 20 professional coaches, recruited and trained in our specific methodologies, capable of facilitating training sessions in French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Arabic.
Its founder, Anne-Cécile Broutier, loves to create, co-build, and share knowledge.
It was therefore very natural for her to launch Impacter+ based on her core values: the ability to change deeply ingrained habits, the desire to contribute to societal changes, and the need to understand and adapt to corporate upheavals.
For 10 years, she spearheaded the growth of several training organizations: commercial development, team management, organizational structuring, training engineering, and coach training.
With all these skills, she decided to offer her experience, her passion for pedagogy, and her natural dynamism to propose innovative training programs centered around the powerful concept of impact.

Its co-founder, Romain Broutier, aims to drive large-scale change within organizations. He partnered with Anne-Cécile, bringing his resilience and leadership with equanimity.
During his 15 years of experience in high-responsibility positions, Romain developed dual financial and commercial expertise, providing private and professional support to business leaders.
He began his career in wealth management dedicated to business leaders at BNP PARIBAS Private Bank in Paris, Nice, and at Degroof Petercam in Lyon.
He then joined the investment and innovation group RAISE, as Financial Director and Head of Investor Relations. Romain actively contributed to the group's growth and structuring, which, in 8 years, came to manage 2 billion euros across 4 strategies. He was a COMEX member and held various mandates.
Romain is certified as an independent director by EM Lyon Business School.
