2. Put on your interlocutor's glasses to translate data into issues
• Brainstorming to list the different profiles of interlocutors and their needs: work on defining the other person's challenge.

3. Thinking outside the box, developing creativity for greater impact
• "Storyslide" activity to identify narrative stages through improvisation
• Introduction of idea structuring methods and storytelling tips
• Training on a business case: in pairs, participants take the example of a past or future presentation and rework it by integrating a narrative framework.
• Oral presentation by each pair, feedback from coach and group

4. Integrating an emotional and visual dimension
• Activity to raise awareness of the influence of emotions on decision-making and buy-in.
• Transposition to business cases: in pairs, participants rework their presentation to integrate an emotional dimension to facilitate decision-making by their interlocutor.
• Oral presentation and feedback from group and coach, areas for improvement

5. Gain confidence by working on your non-verbal skills
• Tips from the trainer: Reinforce your impact through non-verbal communication: smile, gestures, gaze, presence, anchoring.
• Individual passage on a short presentation prepared by integrating the different points seen previously
• Feedback from the coach and the group on strengths and areas for improvement in relation to speaking and non-verbal communication.
• Individual exercises will be suggested according to the debriefing, and speaking can be filmed to observe before/after progress.

• Reminder of upcoming in-depth workshop and individual to-do list

At the end: Anchoring

1. Digital memo sent to participants with important information to remember
2. Evaluation of satisfaction and input via a questionnaire

Optional Follow-up at D+30 : In-depth workshop
